- Take all Ingredients.
- Very fine mince. - It's better to grind it in the chopper so that it becomes smooth. There shouldn't be any water in qeema
- Poppy seeds and Besan Grind them into a fine powder once they are cooled.
- Combine everything and knead it for good 10 to 15 minutes.
- Give it a coal dum
- Leave it for 4 to 5 hours.
- Using a pen or straw make round kabab with a hole in the centre.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Shallow fry in a wide frying pan for 10 minutes at medium heat.
