- Put the egg and fish (with its cooking milk) into an ovenproof dish, add the sauce and mix the ingredients together gently. Spoon the potato on top and pattern with a fork. Put the dish in a preheated oven (190oC / 375oF / Gas Mark 5) for 20 minutes. To finish broil / grill the potato for 5-8 minutes to brown the crests.
