The ingredients needed to make Soya bean chilli:
  1. Make ready 4 Cups water
  2. Get 1/2 tbsp salt
  3. Prepare 2 cups soya chunks
  4. Get 1 tbsp curd / yogurt, thick
  5. Take 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. Get 1/4 tsp pepper, crushed
  7. Make ready 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder

  11. Prepare 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  12. Prepare 1 green chilli, slit
  13. Make ready 4 tbsp spring onion, chopped
  14. Prepare 2 tbsp onion chopped
  15. Get 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  16. Make ready 1 tbsp vinegar
  17. Prepare 1 tbsp soya sauce
  18. Prepare 1 tsp chilli sauce
  19. Make ready 1/4 tsp pepper, crushed
  20. Get 1/4 tsp salt
  21. Take 1 tbsp corn flour
  22. Get 1/4 cup water

Pour in the chilli and vinegar mixture and toss well. Mix in the bean sprouts and. Chili soyabean is one of my favourite vegetarian recipes. It is a brilliant substitute for Chilli Chicken.

Instructions to make Soya bean chilli:
  1. Firstly, in a large Kadai heat 4 tsp oil and saute 3 cloves garlic and 1 green chilli on high flame.
  2. Also, saute 2 tbsp onion and 2 tbsp spring onion on high flame.
  3. Additionally, add 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbsp chilli sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, ¼ tbsp pepper and ¼ tbsp salt.
  4. Mix well and saute for a minute.
  5. Add cornflour slurry and mix until the gravy slightly thickens and turns glossy
  6. Additionally, add fried soya chunks and mix well.
  7. Finally, transfer soya chilli to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped spring onions green. Serve with fried rice.
