  3. Add the tomato paste and fry for about 2mins, add the chopped tomatoes and the other half blended to the pan with Ā¾ cup of water and let it simmer for 15mins on a low heat stirring occasionally
  4. Add the beans and cook for 10mins and salt to taste
  5. Serve with rice or boiled potatoes.
