- Add the tomato paste and fry for about 2mins, add the chopped tomatoes and the other half blended to the pan with Ā¾ cup of water and let it simmer for 15mins on a low heat stirring occasionally
- Add the beans and cook for 10mins and salt to taste
- Serve with rice or boiled potatoes.
Mung Beans- I usually buy mung beans in the bulk section at my local health food grocery store. They are most affordable that way.
