  5. Roll the dough thinly.
  6. Grease the parotta with oil.
  7. Now start creating pleats by folding with the help of fingers.
  8. Start to roll the pleated dough like a swiss roll.
  9. Close the end by pressing gently and make rolls.
  10. Start rolling the ball into slightly thin circle with the help of rolling pin.
  11. Take hot chapati tawa and place the rolled paratha.
  12. After a minuter flip off and cook the other side.
  13. Once the golden brown spots start appearing on both sides grease with oil.
  14. Flip and roast both sides then crush the paratha to form layers.
  15. Serve hot kerala parotta immediately with curry of your choice.
