  3. Steam it for 20 to 25 minutes in steamer.
  4. Now take it out & rest it for 15 minutes.
  5. After that cut the muthiya rolls. Take a pan take 2 tbsp oil heat oil add musterseeds, curryleaves, seasme (til white) a pinch of hing sorte all this for 1 minute and add muthiyas give it a good mix.
  6. Serves with sauce, chutney or tea
  7. We gujaratis eat muthiyas with tea.
