  1. Collect all the flours, cabbage, Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and oil. Bind the dough. Give rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Take a heavy bottom pan. Add oil. Once oil is hot add mustard. Let it crackle. Add crushed green chillies and 5-6 glass of water. Add turmeric and salt. Wait till it boils.
  3. Once masala water boiled add small size Muthiya in it. Let it boil Muthiya in the water for 20-25 minutes on medium flame. Once water turns to thick gravy. Gravy should be runny thick. Serve hot. You can serve with rice if you want.
