  2. In a pan heat 1 tbspn oil add garlic and saute. Add onions and saute. Then add chopped veggies and saute for a minute. Add mashed potato, bread crumbs, salt and spice mix. Add garam masala and mix well.
  3. Take a portion roll like tikki and dip in cornflour slurry and then coat with bread crumbs.refridgerate for minimum 20 mins
  4. Deep fry patty and keep aside
  5. Take mayonnaise and add tomato ketchup and mix well… Can add little red chili sauce (optional)
  6. With little butter on tawa slightly roast inner portion of buns
