Steps to make Paan Bahar Cake:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree c on conventional mode.
  2. Take one bowl take the condensed milk and add butter mix it.
  3. In another bowl to sieve maida baking soda and baking powder.
  4. Now this thing add in methai made and butter.
  5. Mix it gently add paan essence.
  6. Add milk to adjust consistency.
  7. Pour it in the greased cake tin.
  8. Bake cake in convection mode for 35 to 40 minutes.
  9. Cool cake and cut it horizontally into layers.
  10. Now take fresh cream whippd it with the help of better.
  11. When you see cream is stiff so cream is ready for icing.
  12. Put it in fridge for 15 minutes.
  13. Apply this sugar syrup on cake layer.
  14. Take one layer of cake apply whipped cream place the another layer and cover it with cream on the top side.
  15. Method For Gel :- - Dissolve gelatin in the water for 2 minutes.
  16. Place in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds.
  17. In another pan add corn syrup heat it on on low flame.
  18. When corn syrup is hot add this on gelatin mixture.
  19. Mix it well.gel is ready.
  20. Take bowl. Add gel and green colour. Mix it well.
  21. Now pour gel in piping begs.
  22. Pour on cake.
  23. Now decorate cake with paan pattel, mukhwas, cherry,gulkand and rose pattel.
  24. Make a design with help of nozel.
  25. Keep it in freeze.
