- In a non stick pan..heat up some olive oil. Brown (more like golden) the meatballs on all sides and push to a side to let it cook further. On the other side, add in the onions and garlic. Saute till soften and add in the pasta sauce plus the same amount of water.
- Carefully stir the sauce together with the meatballs. Add more herbs, salt and pepper to taste if you want, and let it simmer for maybe another 5 minutes till you get the consistency you like.
- Serve with pasta..or have it like mine with a dash of mayo and bread.
