Kadai Chicken is more of a drier curry where the spices really cling onto the chicken. A spicy Indian Chicken with a distinct flavour of Bell Pepper! Goes well with Indian Naan, Roti or even a Parantha! You can have it with French or Italian Bread as well Note: Spices are given keeping in mind.
Instructions to make Kadhai chicken:
- Marination : Add the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Salt and pepper to be added in quantities that will suffice for the whole dish
- Pre-prep : Take the ingredients and dice it. Make a paste by using a grinder. Add vinegar to the paste
- Prep : Dice the onions and capsicum into petals. Deep fry them in oil or in an air frier
- To the oil used in the above step add the onion tomato paste and fry it well.
- To the fried mixture add the chicken masala and add a cup of water to mix it well.
- Add the chicken to the mix and fry it well. Add water to the gravy as per the thickness.
- Once the chicken is done add the fried onions and capsicum and mix well till it is settled
- Remove it to the serving bowl and add the cream and coriander for garnish
