  5. Mix both the flour, add salt, carom seeds, ghee and mix it. Use required quantity of water to knead a dough. Dough should be neither too soft or hard.
  6. Roll out puries, cut into halves and give it a shape of samosa. Fill the stuffing and seal the top edges. Can use water to seal the sides. Prepare all the samosas in this way. Brush it with oil.
