  18. Get leaves Some lettuce
  19. Get Chopped tomatoes and onions and green chillies

Instructions to make Bombaat Rotti Suttu (wrap):
  1. Making of dough for Rotti
  2. Mix the above flours together along with salt, sugar and oil. Rub it well
  3. Knead the dough with warm water. Keep it of consistency which can be rolled. Keep it a side.
  4. Preparation of Cowpeas Bombaat mixture
  5. Soak cowpeas and black gram together overnight
  6. Pressure cook for 3 whistles
  7. In a high rise container, heat 2tbs oil and put onion. Cook for some time.
  8. Add 1 tbs ginger garlic paste, cook for 2-3 minutes
  9. Add masala and cook for 1-2 minutes
  10. Add tomatoe puree and cook till oil seperates
  11. Add the pressure cooked cowpeas and black gram, adjust salt and water. Keep it thick
  12. Cook it done or if in cooker for 1 whistle. Keep it a side
  13. Prepare Rotti
  14. Roll the above dough to normal roti size and cook 7-8 rotis
  15. Ensure ti cook it well on medium high flame. Keep it a side. Must cover it in hotcase.
  16. Preparation of additions
  17. Flat beans- 10-15 nos blanch it well and keep a side
  18. Chop onion length wise and keep a side
  19. Finally chop coriander and keep a side
  20. Finally chop tomatoes and keep a side
  21. Chop some green leaves and keep a side
  22. Prepare any type of tangy sauce and keep a side
  23. Keep some lettuce leaves clean and keep aside
  24. Assembly
  25. On Rotti, first keep Lettuce leaf, on it keep 3-4 tbs of cooked bombaat mixture
  26. Add onion, tomatoes, flat beans, coriander and sauce
