- Mix sugar milkmaid & curd so that sugar dissolves completely. Add baking soda & baking powder. Keep mixture aside for 5 mins so that it becomes frothy. - In another bowl sieve maida & add cooking oil & vanilla essence. Add cocoa powder.
- Grease a mould with oil & flour all around. Now transfer batter to the mould. - Pre heat oven @200 degrees & bake the batter for 10 mins. Reduce temperature to 180 degrees & bake for 20 mins. Brush milk on the surface & bake again for 10 mins on 180 degrees. Prick a toothpick to check if it's done. Allow it to cool for 5 mins & then remove from the mould. Use kiwi to decorate or any fruits u like.
