- In bowl take maida add baking soda and mix properly now add ghee and mix,now add little water and bind the dough (mind it only bonding of dough no need to knead it)add colour optional, keep it aside for 20 to 30 mins.
- Sugar syrup : take sugar and water in thick bottom pan and stir it on high flame to form one thread chasni, add cardamom powder saffron strands
- After the dough has been rested for 20 to 30 mins divide dough into equal ball, make ball and press it with thumb in centre.
- Now put ghee in wok at very slow flame /sim flame and fry balushahi at sim flame for at least 20 to 25 minutes.
- Take it out and put it into chasni and cover it on both the side with chasni.
- Take it out is chasni and place it on plate sprinkle with pistachio and almond flakes, balushahi ready.
